TRACHALO VILLAS
2-7 persons - air conditioned private swimming pool - car included

For many years now we have not expanded our programme a great deal in Stoupa, the main reason being that we wanted to wait for the right property to come along. As soon as we saw these villas, we knew they met our criterion exactly. They are attractively built in stone, offer reasonably spacious interiors, they are well equipped and furnished and of course each has a private swimming pool.

The seven villas are situated in a very peaceful location on the hillside approximately 1800 metres from the Stoupa sea front and from every sea side window or the balcony, or the terraces around the pool area, the views over the olive groves, the village and out to sea are breathtaking - another essential criteria for our newer properties. Looking from behind, there are three villas on the right hand side. One at the end is a three bedroom villa that has the largest poolside terrace, and two adjoining are two bedroom villas. To the left there are four one bedroom villas, the end two will not be available for the coming season and will be closed. For those who are reasonably fit, and do not wish to use the car provided, the walk to the village should not take long as it is mostly downhill but coming back up may take an extra ten minutes or so. As is common in the resorts in Greece, most roads do not have pavements and even though the traffic is nowhere as heavy as we know it in the towns in this country, be careful and at night always carry a torch. However, if you wish to dine out close by one evening, Maniatiko, another one of our properties, has a lovely restaurant and it is only 400 metres away.

Three Bedroom villa (No. 5): Entrance from rear into an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room that has direct access to the poolside and front terraces with amazing mountain and sea views. Kitchen has a full size cooker/oven and a fridge freezer. On this floor there is a shower room off the sitting room and also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Stairs to the first floor landing off which there are two bedrooms, a twin and a double and another bathroom with shower. The sea-facing large balcony with magnificent views is accessed from both the bedrooms. This villa is attached to no. 4 at rear. (The door that leads to the basement is kept locked and is not accessible to clients).

Two Bedroom Villas (Nos 3 & 4): Two semi-detached villas, No. 3 with a twin and a double bedroom and No 4 has two double bedrooms. With both the entrance is into a sitting/dining room with the open kitchen at one end. In both, stairs lead down to lower ground floor hallway off of which there is a bathroom with bath, a twin bedroom in No. 3 and a double in No. 4. The double has an en-suite shower. Balcony doors from the bedroom lead to a small verandah with steps up to the pool terrace area. The first floor hallway is accessed up some steps from the kitchen area and at this level there is a small bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. French windows from the hallways lead to large balconies (slightly bigger in No. 4) with magnificent views.

One Bedroom Villas (Nos 1 & 2): These two semi detatched villas do not have a lower level. Entrance into a sitting /dining area with kitchenette at one end, bathroom with shower off the kitchen area, French doors off the sitting room to the pool terrace area and steps from kitchen/hallway lead upstairs where there is a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. In each case the terrace off the bedroom has fantastic sea views. Although terraces around the pool and off the bedrooms are very spacious, some are larger than others and this is reflected in the price. Also as villas are in a row, some balconies and terraces may overlook the neighbours area from some points.

These wonderful villas have a lot of common features as listed below. Except the three bedroom villa that has a full cooker, all have a two ring electric hob.
