An independent villa with a private pool that is a rarity in the village. Located In a quiet area at the rear of the village, it is no more than a ten minute walk to the sea front and all the local facilities. The bedroom are a good size and the lounge area quite spacious.

• A three bedroom two storey villa with the sitting room and kitchen downstairs and the three bedrooms are on first floor level. There is a cloakroom downstairs and a bathroom with a bath upstairs. Direct access from the sitting room to a verandah and the outside pool area. The garden is enclosed by a wall. 

• Distance to beach 800 metres & shops/restaurants 600-800 m.

This independent villa with a private swimming pool is peacefully located amongst the olives groves just 800 metres from the sweeping main beach of Stoupa. One of the oldest and best bakeries is three to four minutes walk away and other facilities are easily accessible on foot.

The two storey villa consists of three comfortable bedrooms, two twins and one double, all located on the first floor, and each has direct access to its own relatively large balcony, one with mountain views and the other two with sea views. A bathroom with a bath (shower attachment) is on this floor. The entire raised ground floor level consists of a sitting/dining room and a fully equipped family kitchen, which is part separated from the main room with a half wall. The swimming pool is located at ground level directly opposite the sitting room. The land all around the villa is enclosed by a garden wall, and the pool terraces catch the sun from morning until late evening. There is a small cloakroom adjoining the sitting room and a washing machine is provided in this room.

The rooms are furnished in pastel shades, and are light and airy. The villa can comfortably accommodate six persons, but for a seventh adult or two extra children, a double sofa bed is provided in the sitting room.
