Spitaki, which means little house, is a new addition to our portfolio of quality properties within the village of Stoupa. Situated in a peaceful residential area, yet less than five minutes stroll to the seafront, where you will find a good choice of tavernas and a beautiful sandy beach.
Entrance from the rear of the house into an open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen has a full cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a table and chairs for inside dining. There is a sofa which converts into a bed for a third person, TV and DVD player.The spacious double bedroom has large fully fitted wardrobes and access also to the covered verandah.

The bathroom is situated off the main room and has a walk in shower. The spacious double bedroom has large fully fitted wardrobes and access also to the covered verandah.

APC (ATOL Protection Contribution)
£2.50 per person is added to your holiday cost, which we pay to the Civil Aviation Authority who provide
financial protection for your holiday, in the unlikely event of a tour operators failure.
The amount is payable on booking your holiday and is non refundable.
