Imagine stepping out on to your balcony and listening to the sound of the sea lapping against the rocks below, and in front of you a panoramic view. Combine this with very good quality accommodation within five minutes walk of an extensive choice of restaurants, shops and the main Stoupa beach, and you have all the ingredients of a perfect holiday.

Properties of this quality in such a desired location are indeed rare, and we are confident you will be highly impressed. The property is located at the front edge of the promontory between Stoupa and Kalogria beaches and consists of three terraced maisonettes, so there is no one above or below to disturb you. There is a waist high wall all around enclosing a common garden that can be accessed down some steps from the sea facing terraces to each unit. In each of the units the bedrooms are at first floor level and the sitting/dining room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen at ground level. Some common features are, a sitting area with comfortable sofas and chairs, a dining area, and the kitchen has a full cooker with oven, a good size fridge and a dishwasher. A washing machine is provided in the bathrooms in each maisonette and all the main rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning units.

In the one bedroom maisonette, there is a good size double bedroom on the first floor with direct access to the front alcony, and a bathroom with shower. The sitting room on the ground floor has a bed settee for a child and french doors lead to a large terrace with superb views. There is also a cloak room downstairs.

In both the larger maisonettes there is a twin and a double bedroom, each with direct access to a balcony. The middle maisonette has a bathroom with bath (shower attachment), and the other a shower only. The sitting room is on the ground floor, with a bed settee for a child, and it has direct access to private terraces with stunning views. There is a second bathroom with shower on the ground floor in each of the two bedroom units. The end maisonette has a large outside terrace and although the sea facing terrace to the middle unit is smaller, you can still seat five persons comfortably around the outside dining table and the views are equally spectacular.

Please note that there is a ten minute walk from the drop off/collection point to the accommodation.
