2-5 persons – air conditioned – shared swimming pool

This property has so far proved to be extremely popular wit our clients and the reasons are obvious. The accommodation is of a good standard, it has an enormous swimming pool which is shared between just four apartments, and the views are magnificent from each unit. We are confident it will continue to remain in demand for both past and new clients. The house has a total of five apartments with the lower ground floor apartment for the owners use and the remaining four apartments, two on the upper ground floor level and two on the first floor are for our clients. Entrance to all apartments is via a central hallway with access at the rear.

Each apartment has a sitting/dining area with an open plan fully fitted kitchen and from this room french doors lead to a large private balcony with sea views, which can also be accessed from at least one of the bedrooms. The sofa in the living area has a pull out bed suitable for an adult or two young children. Two apartments, one on each floor, have one twin and one single bedroom whilst in the other two apartments, one has a twin and a double bedroom and the other two twin bedrooms. The bathrooms all have a full size bath with a shower attachment. The kitchens and bathrooms are very well appointed and it comes as no surprise that the owner has a well known store in Kalamata providing these fixtures. The accommodation is situated approximately 1300 metres from the main Stoupa seafront and the beach, which most may consider easily manageable on foot, for others, car hire is available at a discount as stated below.
Large terraces surround the property thus ensuring a sunny spot any time of the day. The good size swimming pool at the front is for the exclusive use of our guests and sun-loungers and poolside furniture is provided. There are two poolside cloakrooms at one has a washing machine for client’s collective use. An attractive property, offering clients comfortable accommodation in a peaceful setting.
