Two of just a handful of independent cottages in a central location just 100 metres to the main beach so you are very close to numerous restaurants and bars and just a minute from the main supermarket. Both cottages have spacious private terrace areas at the front providing you with an opportunity to completely relax and enjoy your stay here. As is common with all our properties in Stoupa the bedrooms are air conditioned.

• Independent cottages with comfortable interiors and spacious outside verandah’s. Lida cottage has one bedroom and a sitting room, and Marguerita consists of two bedrooms and a sitting room. Even though there is the main village laundry close by, in Marguerita there is also washing machine.

These two independent cottages are set in a peaceful location in the heart ofthe village and yet within a two minute walk of the promenade and the beach. Children can play freely on the terrace areas at the front and the ambiance around will give you an opportunity to completely relax and enjoy your stay here.

Lida and Marguerita cottages are very popular with previous clients. Lida has stood in these grounds for many years whereas Marguerita is a more recent addition, and a striking feature of each property is a spacious covered verandah, providing an attractive shaded outside area where you can relax and dine.

Marguerita: entrance from the front verandah into a large sitting/dining room with an open plan kitchen with a full cooker. Off the hallway at one end of the sitting room there is a cloakroom and directly opposite, a separate bathroom with bath. The two bedrooms, one twin and one double are off this hallway. Washing machine in the main bathroom.

Lida Cottage: It consists of a compact double bedroom: A good size sitting/dining room with a single bed and also a sofa bed. A kitchen which is sectioned off from the main room, and opposite the bedroom there is a good size bathroom with shower. Spacious outside terraces.

The well equipped kitchen in both should enable you to easily cater for the family, but try as you may, the temptation to unwind at a friendly taverna nearby will be just too much.

PRICES

APC (ATOL Protection Contribution)
£2.50 per person is added to your holiday cost, which we pay to the Civil Aviation Authority who provide
financial protection for your holiday, in the unlikely event of a tour operators failure.
The amount is payable on booking your holiday and is non refundable.
