A mix of twin and double bedded studios, five are located on the raised ground floor level and five on the first. Two studios on the first floor have been converted into an apartment. 

• Two minutes (150 metres) walk to the long sweeping main   sandy beach and many tavernas along the sea front and the   main supermarket

• The well appointed studios on two floors consist of an open plan   kitchenette, an en-suite bathroom with shower and each has a   private balcony. All have sea views, but views are slightly better   from the first floor. The apartment consists of two studios with   an interconnecting door.

Because we are small, we can afford to be selective and our choice of properties reflects our determination to keep to the standards expected of us. Studio type accommodation is available generally, but few match the comfort provided by these studios. Pleasantly located, almost in the centre of the village, you are just three minutes walk to the promenade with its variety of tavernas, bars and shops. Balconies have sea views, some very slightly restricted by foliage. The owner of this property also runs an estate agency, so if you are ever tempted to purchase a piece of land for your retirement home, he is the man to see. There are five studios on the elevated ground floor level, and on the first floor, there are three studios and a two bedroom apartment. The studios are twin and double bedded with a chair bed suitable for a child. Open plan kitchenette, bathroom, with shower. Access from the bedroom to a private sea facing balcony.

The apartment on the first floor has one double and one twin bedroom, both rooms have a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Independent balcony to each room with sea views.
