This independent
villa is situated about 1.5
kms from the village of Loggos. Set in its own
grounds and surrounded by ancient olive
groves, it provides fantastic views to the sea
from its balconies, and the extensive terraces
around the pool area.
Entrance is from the rear of villa to the ground floor
open plan sitting/dining and kitchen, and this room
has direct access to a shaded verandah, the terraces,
and the swimming pool that is up some steps from
the lower terrace. There is also a twin bedroom and a
bathroom with shower on the ground floor and this
room also has direct access to the outside.
Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor level
where there are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom
with bath. Balcony to one of the bedrooms overlooks
the pool and the other to one side out to sea.
There
is fourth bedroom on the first floor that is for the
owner’s personal items and is kept locked.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and there is also
a barbeque.

BOAT
Paxos offers an idyllic opportunity to hire a
fibre glass boat with an outboard engine, and
to explore its many small beaches, especially
on the eastern coastline.
The island of Paxos has only a few narrow roads that
link the main villages and most deserted coves are
inaccessible on foot, so the majority of visitors may
never see the varied beauty of this island and we
would strongly suggest that you hire a boat for a few
days. Our local agents have a fleet of 10hp boats
suitable for up to five persons. They are fully
equipped with flares, first aid boxes, buoyancy aids
and other necessary safety equipment.
