Quiet location on the water’s edge, a swimming pool, a choice of local restaurants is frequently requested, and additionally if watersports and boat hire are available at your doorstep, then you have all the ingredients of a perfect holiday. Ilios is a family run accommodation consisting of a small number of studios and apartments and located amongst centuries old olive trees, just one hundred metres from the sea front. The family run a snack bar/restaurant next to the swimming pool where drinks and a good selection of dishes and snacks are available throughout the day. For basic provisions there is a small shop just 100 metres along the coastal lane. Whilst there are no beaches immediately opposite, there are numerous deserted coves along the coast. Hire a boat and you will discover one of these coves within minutes, or take a short journey to the islands of Madouri and Skorpios opposite. Finding a different beach every day is quite possible, we feel sure you will find a
favourite to call your own.

Studios consist of twin beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, a chair bed for a child can be provided. Direct access from the studio to a private verandah/balcony. The one bedroom bungalows have a twin bedroom, a separate kitchen/dining room with a fold up bed for a child, a bathroom with shower, and a private verandah. The two bedrooms units are similar but with an extra double bedroom and two bathrooms. Sitting room can accommodate two fold up beds in the larger units.

There are five sea front tavernas all within a few minutes stroll but if you are seeking watersports or a more lively evening, then the busy resort of Nidri is seven kilometres by road. A lovely peaceful holiday spot, which offers you all the favoured combinations, be it, relaxing by the pool with a good book or cruising along the coast in your own boat. However, if you do not wish to hire a private boat, we have also arranged with the owners to provide a free boat service (see below) to either Nidri on the opposite coast, where there are a number of shops and restaurants, or to a beach on the other side of the headland where there is a single taverna. The boat trip is offered as a service by the owners, and we will not be liable if for any reason it does not operate on certain days.
