Just off the coastal road south from Lefkas town, a long private drive will bring you to these good quality villas, each with the enticing luxury of a large private swimming pool. Ruins of five windmills dominate the promontory just 600 metres from the villas and nearby on the edge of the beach, there is a well-established restaurant and a bar, very popular with the local town folk. For an endless variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, Lefkas town is only a fifteen minute walk or a five minute drive away from your property. The feedback from the clients suggests that many prefer the fifteen minute walk into town especially during the evening time.

FIVOS This is a two bedroom two storey villa located at the front end of the extensive grounds. The entrance to the first floor sitting/dining room is up marble steps at the front of the villa. This room is open through to the fully fitted kitchen. Off the kitchen area there is also a bathroom with shower. The first floor being open is light and airy and the uninterrupted views from the window at the front of the main room look out to the swimming pool, the sea and the windmills. There is also a balcony to one side off the sitting/dining room. Stairs from the sitting room lead down to the ground floor hallway where there is a second bathroom with shower. There is a door from the hallway to the rear grounds of the villa, and off this hallway, there are two bedrooms, one twin and one double. Terraces/garden surround the property and the large private swimming pool at the front catches the sun throughout the day.

ARIS This is a three bedroom three storey blue villa located in large private grounds between the original house and villa Fivos, the two bedroom villa. The access to the villa is via marble steps to the small first floor balcony that leads to an open plan sitting/dining room with a fully fitted kitchen at one side of this room. There is a good size sea-facing balcony to this room. Stairs from this room lead to the second floor double bedroom with a magnificent balcony with extensive views in virtually every direction. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The stairs from the first floor sitting room also lead down to the ground floor bedrooms, one twin and one double, and an attractive feature of both these rooms is that they have french doors leading to the poolside terraces. The bathroom at this level has a shower. Once again this villa has a private swimming pool.
