Behind the long sweep of Agios Ioannis beach are ancient olive groves with villas dotted amongst them, some are private holiday homes and some are holiday villas. We are featuring four independent villas each with their own private swimming pool and a barbecue. Set just three hundred metres from the beach, these properties have been built to a good standard and provided with additional comforts such as air conditioning and a washing machine.

There are two, two bedroom villas and two one bedroom villas and each has its own private swimming pool, a private parking area and a small garden around the pool. The shoulder height wall separates the villas and the garden/pool area, allowing for a degree of privacy. The two bedroom villas consist of a spacious open plan comfortably furnished sitting room, a full kitchen at one end of this room consists of a full size fridge/freezer, a full size cooker and a washing machine. Off this room there is also a bathroom with shower. A twin bedroom alongside is accessible from the sitting room, and this bedroom at ground level also has direct access to a patio and the pool area. The second double bedroom is at the mezzanine level above the kitchen area of the sitting room. Access to it is up a wooden staircase from the sitting room. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A sofa bed in the sitting room converts to a double bed suitable for either one adult or two children.

The one bedroom villas are double bedded and similar to the larger villas but without the ground floor bedroom, and there is one bathroom with shower off the sitting room. At the southern end of the beach, close to our villas, there is a taverna and a bar and as the afternoon breeze blows in from the Ionian sea and the sun starts to set, it become the perfect spot to enjoy a sundowner. Inland from the beach, the gentle terrain and quiet country lanes make it ideal for cyclists and walkers alike. If you wish to leave your car behind one day, the walk to Lefkas town centre taking either the route by the inner lagoon or cutting through the country lanes will take approximately forty minutes.

There are only a couple of tavernas nearby and the nearest supermarket is two kilometres away, however, an extensive range is available in Lefkas town and a car is included in the price of your holiday. Car parking area for the two bedrooms is private but for the one bedroom villas, it is shared with common access through a gate from the lane opposite.
