LASSI -
The resort of Lassi lies on a peninsular just 4
kilometres from the capital town of Argostoli,
and has gradually developed over recent years
to provide an ideal base for a relaxing beach
holiday.
Makris Yialos and Platis Yialos, two of the loveliest
beaches on the island are within walking distance of
all our properties in this resort, and there are
numerous small coves all along the peninsular.
The
golden sands and crystal clear waters are idyllic
whether you simply like to laze in the sun all day
or
you wish to take advantage of the water sports
available on the main beaches.
Several supermarkets and a good range of
restaurants and bars mean that you need never
venture afar but if the bright lights of Argostoli
beckon in the evening, taxis are cheap and plentiful.
All in all a well developed modern resort with some
of the most inviting shoreline to be found in the
Greek islands.
Frequent
visitors to Kefalonia know that Lassi is an
ideal choice of resort for those seeking a good beach
holiday. Besides two glorious main sandy beaches,
there are numerous small sandy coves along this
stretch of coast. The villa Poseidon is ideally situated
in a quiet location and literally a few yards from the
beach, yet a few minutes walk will bring you to the
centre of the resort.
This house has a total of six units of accommodation,
with
one unit occupied by the owner and the other five available
to our guests. The most outstanding feature of every
unit
has to be the magnificent views out to sea. There is
a large
lawn to one side of the house and a garden at the front.
A
lovely little sandy cove is opposite the gate at the
bottom of
the front garden.
APOLLO studio at roof level
provides ideal accommodation for a couple. Totally private
double
bedded studio room with an en-suite bathroom with
shower and an open plan kitchenette. Extensive roof
terraces around the studio with superb sea views, you
will enjoy the sun from dawn until dusk. Balcony railings
have a gap so please exercise caution. The first floor
has
two apartments, Rosa and Marguerita.
ROSA apartment comprises
of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a separate
sitting room, large
kitchen with dining area, bathroom has a bath with
shower attachment. Both the bedrooms are at the front
with access to a large balcony with sea views. A folding
bed can be provided in the sitting room for a fifth
person.
MARGUERITA apartment has
two twin bedrooms, large kitchen/ dining room, a bathroom
with
bath/shower attachment. Both front facing bedrooms
have spacious balconies with sea views.
ALEKA apartment has independent access via steps to
one side of the house. Upper floor has a twin bedroom
and a small en-suite bathroom with shower, a balcony
with sea views. Spiral staircase down to a living/dining
room with an open plan kitchenette. Sliding door to a
patio with sea views.

KOUKLA apartment covers
almost the whole width of the house. Entrance from the
front patio into a spacious
living /dining room with an open plan kitchenette. Two
twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. Access to the
end bedroom is via the middle bedroom. Outside patio
with sea views. Please note that air-conditioning is
only
available in one of the bedrooms in this unit.
