A lovely property that is located
right on the sea in a very quiet part
of Lassi. The owners of this imposing house are related
to the owners
of Poseidon next door, and both the houses share a beautiful
lawned
common garden at the rear.
This property is named after the charming elderly owner,
who occupies the
ground floor apartment and you see her often, watering
her plants and
attending to her immaculate gardens.
Located just twenty metres from the waters edge, the
sea dominates the view
from every unit and the property enjoys perfect tranquillity
in this superb
location. There is a sandy cove right opposite and one
of the many larger
beaches just 200 metres stroll from this property. Heading
away from the
beach, within a five minute walk you reach one of the
main supermarkets,
followed by numerous tavernas and shops catering for
all your holiday needs.
The house, a family residence, has been split into three
separate apartments,
one on each floor and each with their own private entrance.
The owners, have retained the middle unit, and we have
the magnificent top
floor apartment, and the two bedroom ground floor accommodation
for our
guests.
The top floor apartment is accessed by private steps
to the side of the house.
Entrance is into a sitting/dining area which leads to
a central kitchen off of
which there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, a
bathroom with bath
(shower attachment), and also a cloakroom. All the bedrooms
are at the front
and each leads to the balcony with spectacular uninterrupted
views of the sea.
A third double bedroom is kept locked but can be opened
for parties of five to six.
The ground floor apartment has a large private verandah,
and with the sea virtually
below you, the views can only be described as stunning.
Entrance is from the verandah
into a sitting/dining room with a well equipped kitchenette
at one end. The sitting room
leads to a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath (shower
attachment) to one side and
another bedroom on the opposite side consists of bunk
beds (both top and bottom are
full size single beds).
You should be very pleased with your stay at this very
desirable property in a prime
peaceful location in Lassi.

Inclusive of Cars : Upon arrival you will
be met by our representative who will direct
you to the car hire company representative who
will have a car waiting for you. At the end of
your holiday, you should return your car to the
airport. If you wish to be transferred by taxi
and collect the car at the accommodation then
we can arrange a taxi transfer at a supplement
and there may also be a charge for the car delivery
to the accommodation. Where car hire is
booked separately, with some properties there
may be a charge for delivery and collection.
