HOW TO BOOK
Booking directly with us
Firstly, check the availability by calling our reservation number
(0844 800 4787) and
the holiday of your choice is available, you may either make
a reservation by paying
the appropriate deposit of £100 per person by means of a credit/debit
card, or send
in the booking form enclosing the deposit required. Outside eight
weeks of
departure, we can hold your request as an ‘Option’ for 48 hours
giving you time to
think before making a commitment. Options cannot be held within
eight weeks of
departure and full payment is required for any holiday booked
within this period.
We are available from 09.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs Monday to Friday
throughout the year
and Saturdays (1/1-30/09) from 10.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs.
Booking online
On line reservation system is currently being developed and should
be available at
the end of the year.
Booking through select travel agents
Our holidays are sold through very few select travel agents who
will give you advice
and help and will make all enquiries on your behalf. Once you
have selected a
holiday, your agent is in a position to confirm it immediately.
At this time you must
complete a copy of our booking form and pay the appropriate deposit.
We will then
forward a holiday invoice to your travel agent and you should
insist that your agent
provides you with the ‘clients copy’ of this invoice which gives
you all your holiday
details. Provisional bookings, giving you time to make a final
choice will be held until
close of business the following day. However, within eight weeks
of departure only
confirmed bookings are acceptable and full payment is required.
Telephone bookings:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood
the booking
terms and conditions contained within our current brochure/website
prior to
confirming a booking by telephone.
