The accommodation is provided in three separate units, one consists of studios and one bedroom apartments and the two later additions has one and two bedroom apartments. A barbecue on the lawns is for common use and there is also a large swimming pool set amongst the trees at the front. Studios are twin bedded with an open plan kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Direct access from the studio to a private balcony or a terrace. Fold up bed available for a child. In this unit the apartments have a twin bedroom, a sitting room with a single bed (extra fold up bed on request). An open plan kitchenette at one end of the sitting room. Bathroom with shower. Direct access from sitting room to a balcony or a terrace.

The other two units are identical and each consists of two apartments. The ground floor two bedroom apartment, the entrance to which is into a spacious sitting/dining room with an open plan kitchenette, hallway leads to a bathroom and a double bedroom. Stairs from the sitting room lead down to a second twin bedroom where there is a second bathroom with shower. Direct access to a Patio from this bedroom, and the sitting room leads to a sea facing balcony. A sofa bed for a child is provided in the sitting room.

The first floor one bedroom apartment has an entrance into a sitting/dining room with an open plan kitchenette, hallway leads to a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with a small balcony. Stairs from the sitting room lead up to a wooden mezzanine floor where there are two single beds. This apartment can accommodate four adults but the layout does not offer complete privacy to those occupying the mezzanine level. Sea facing balcony at the front with direct access from the sitting room.
