Spitaki, which means little house, is a new addition to our portfolio of quality properties within the village of Stoupa. Situated in a peaceful residential area, yet less than five minutes stroll to the seafront, where you will find a good choice of tavernas and a beautiful sandy beach. Entrance from the rear of the house into an open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen has a full cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a table and chairs for inside dining. There is a sofa which converts into a bed for a third person, TV and DVD player.The spacious double bedroom has large fully fitted wardrobes and access also to the covered verandah.
