The beaches of Stoupa and Kalogria are not far from here, one just three minutes and the other just over seven minutes stroll from this property. Equally close are a range of tavernas and shops and the main supermarket.

Of the three semi-detached units, two offer spacious studio accommodation and one, an apartment, is suitable for up to siX persons. Each unit has a good size terrace/ balcony area. With no one above or below you, and independent access to each unit, the accommodation offers reasonable privacy. Idyllic for couples and families seeking conveniently located quiet accommodation.

Large 'L' shaped studios with a sitting/dining area and an open plan kitchen at ground level, wooden steps to a mezzanine level where there is a double bed. A full size divan bed (Converts to two single beds) is provided in the main room for the third/fourth person. A private verandah/balcony with direct access from the main room. A small bathroom with shower.

The Apartment consists of a kitchen, open plan to the main sitting/dining room which is at a slightly raised level. Steps from this room to a mezzanine floor with twin beds. Also, steps lead down from the kitchen area to a lower level double bedroom. A full size divan bed in the main room. Balconies at the front and also a well shaded verandah to one side. A bathroom with shower. Comfortable family accommodation.
