The property is located at the front edge of the promontory between Stoupa and Kalogria beaches and consists of three terraced maisonettes, so there is no one above or below to disturb you. In each of the units the bedrooms are at first floor level and the sitting/dining room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen at ground level. Some common features are, a sitting area with comfortable sofas and chairs, a dining area, and the kitchen has a full cooker with oven, a good size fridge and a dishwasher. A washing machine is provided in the bathrooms in each maisonette and all the main rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning units.

In the one bedroom maisonette, there is a good size double bedroom on the first floor with direct access to the front balcony, and a bathroom with shower. The sitting room on the ground floor has a bed settee for a child and french doors lead to a large terrace with superb views. There is also a cloakroom with shower downstairs.

In both the larger maisonettes there is a twin and a double bedroom, each with direct access to a balcony with stunning sea views. The middle maisonette has a bathroom with bath (shower attachment), and the other a shower only. The sitting room is on the ground floor, with a bed settee for a child, and it has direct access to a private patio. There is a second bathroom with shower on the ground floor in each of the two bedroom units. The end maisonette has a larger outside terrace with restricted sea views, and although the terrace to the middle unit is smaller, it has magnificent sea views and large enough to seat five persons comfortably.
