Suzana & Jamaco

These two charming houses are located just above the golden sand beach at Kalogria in Stoupa. Accommodation of such quality and comfort is rarely combined with such a splendid situation close to all the village facilities, and villas with a private swimming pool do not number more than four in the entire village.

The exterior is built in traditional Greek style using local stone quarried from the mountains behind, but the stylish interior is far from the traditional Greek accommodation. Meticulous care to detail is evident throughout the villas and the result is an elegantly simple style that ensures an atmosphere of comfortable relaxation. The position is stunning, set just above Kalogria beach with fantastic sweeping views of the beach and the sea to one side and mountains the other.

Villa Jamaco is accessed from the lane via a private gate that leads to the poolside terrace. Entrance from the terrace into a hallway that leads to a spacious sitting/dining room with an open plan kitchen. On this floor there is also a small bathroom with shower and a single bedroom. French doors on two sides of the sitting room lead directly to the poolside terrace and the swimming pool. Stairs from the sitting room to the first floor where there are two good size bedrooms, one twin and one double, and a spacious bathroom with a bath and a shower. Both the bedrooms have access to a common balcony with fantastic views over Kalogria beach. The views from the poolside terrace are equally stunning.

Villa Suzana is built differently, the main bedrooms are at the raised ground floor level and the spacious sitting/dining room and the swimming pool are at the first floor level. Entrance into a hallway leading to the two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, one with shower and the other with a bath and a shower. Both the bedrooms have direct access to a common veranda with magnificent views. Stairs from the hallway lead to the first floor sitting/dining room with an open plan kitchen. At this level there is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. The sitting room has a good size balcony with direct views over Kalogria bay. A door from the sitting room and the bedroom lead to the terrace and the swimming pool at the rear, and there are equally good views of the sea from this area.

Both villas are individually designed and decorated but they both have numerous elements, which are similar. The attractive open plan kitchen is well equipped and boasts a complete range of modern appliances, including a full cooker, a microwave oven, and a small dishwasher allowing guests the opportunity to dine at home from time to time and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. The elegant living rooms are equipped with direct dial telephones (metered), CD players and satellite TV and DVD players.

Both villas have a utility room in the basement that is accessed internally in each house. There is a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and under floor heating is provided for long stays in the winter. Ceiling fans in all the main rooms. Maid service is provided six days per week, and there is frequent linen change including beach towels and bathrobes. There is a hair dryer in each bedroom.

The swimming pools with both villas are equipped with an underwater massage jets. There are sun terraces all around each of the swimming pools and there is also a barbecue with each villa. The villas are located just a two minute walk to Kalogria beach and if you were to rent a car which is not necessary, parking space is available.
