Swimming Pool
A pleasant family run hotel which is conveniently located on the
pedestrianised, cobbled street which runs through the village and
down to the beach. Along the walk to the seafront, which is just
200 metres away, you will pass a good selection of restaurants,
shops, bars and a couple of well stocked mini-markets.
The hotel has a reception and lounge area, with a lift which
serves all three floors and the roof terrace, where the large
freshwater pool and snack bar are located. To the rear of the
pool is the breakfast terrace where you may enjoy a good
selection of cold meats, eggs, yoghurts, pastries and cereals,
whilst taking in the stunning views over the village and out to
sea.
Brekfast is included with the double and twin bedded rooms
(the twin bedded rooms have a small double and a single bed), the
beds have fixed bases. All rooms are air conditioned, with
a refrigerator, en-suite bathroom with shower and a
balcony with side sea views.
Two one bedroom apartments and one studio are located on the
roof terrace. The apartments have a sitting room with two
sofas which convert to single beds if required, with a kitchennet
open plan to this room. The double bedroom is on the first floor
and has an addittional single bed for a third child. The
double bedded studio is single storey and located between the two
apartments. It is very spacious and has extra beds for one or
two children.
Each has a large outside terrace with views over the village and
side views to the pool.
RENTAL PRICES
The following prices are for seven day rental only and do not
include flights, car hire or transfers. Arrival/departure days
are Sundays with the relevant rental price shown. When a price
covers two periods, an average cost will apply.

If you have booked a car through us
you should proceed to the EUROWHEELS desk, upon arrival in Prezeza
airport. A map and full directions will be provided to your
property. At the end of your holiday you should return your
car to the airport.
