A lovely property that is located right on the sea in a very quiet part of Lassi. This property is named after the charming owner, who occupies the ground floor apartment and you will see her often, watering her plants and attending to her immaculate gardens.

Located just twenty metres from the waters edge, the sea dominates the view from every unit and the property enjoys perfect tranquillity in this superb location. There is a sandy cove right opposite and one of the many larger beaches just 300 metres stroll from this property. Heading away from the beach, within a five minute walk you reach one of the main supermarkets, followed by numerous tavernas and shops catering for all your holiday needs.

The house, a family residence, has been split into three separate apartments, one on each floor and each with their own private entrance. The owners, have retained the middle unit, and we have the magnificent top floor apartment, and the two-bedroom ground floor accommodation for our guests.

The top floor apartment is accessed by private steps to the side of the house. Entrance is into a sitting/dining area which leads to a central kitchen off of which there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a bathroom with bath (shower attachment). Both bedrooms are at the front and each leads to the balcony with spectacular uninterrupted views of the sea. The ground floor apartment has a large private verandah, and with the sea virtually below you, the views can only be described as stunning. Entrance is from the verandah into a sitting/dining room with a well equipped kitchenette at one end. The sitting room leads to a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath (shower attachment) to one side and another bedroom on the opposite side consists of bunk beds (both top and bottom are full size single beds). You should be very pleased with your stay at this very desirable property in a prime and peaceful location in Lassi.
