Our further information pages not only list prices but answer
almost every question you may wish answered about your holiday. If
it is not there, just call us and we will do our best to obtain
answers to your questions. It is important to us that you are
satisfied with every aspect of your holiday. Even though the
information contained in the brochure is quite thorough, we are
frequently telephoned with regard to the following.
FINAL INVOICE AND PAYMENT OF BALANCES:
Unless changes have been made to the booking, or surcharges
advised no later than eight weeks before departure, your original
invoice is final and you should remit the payment by the due date
shown. Payments received are automatically recorded and unless
specifically requested we do not acknowledge receipts in writing.
Payments made by credit card are subject to a 2.5% levy.
TICKETS:
These are dispatched two weeks before departure to reach you no
later than ten days prior to the departure date.
BATH TOWELS AND LINEN:
These are provided in every propertyand linen is changed at
least once a week. You must carry your own beach towels.
MAID SERVICE:
From minimum once a week to five days a week, but on average
twice per week.
CASH MACHINES (ATM)
Note: You should not solely rely on ATM's, they
are used frequently and often run out of money, especially in the
high season.
