OUR SERVICE
We have now been
operating holidays to Greece for sixteen years so, whether you
are one of our many past clients or if you are planning to travel
with us for the first time, you can be assured of a quality
service and product. We are pleased to profess a high level of
customer satisfaction, resulting in the
majority of our holidays being reserved by repeat customers and
recommendations. |

Our knowledge of the destinations we offer has been built up over many years and we are available to discuss your requirements at length, our telephone lines are not there simply for reservations but to provide you with assistance and guidance in your holiday choice. Those who travel with us regularly will be pleased to find that almost all our past properties are featured once again but there are some very interesting additions. We do not believe that it is in our or our client’s interest for us to expand too quickly. It is important to us that we keep good control of our programme in order to provide quality service both here and overseas. You will be met upon arrival and taken to your accommodation and after giving you time to unwind, the representative will visit you at the |
appointed time and you will have an opportunity to find out all you may need to know about the resort and the local activities. Our representatives are trained under strict guidelines, they will respect your privacy, provide unobtrusive personal service and will be there should the need arise. On rare occasions when our representative is not readily available to assist you, our local agents offices are just a telephone call away. In smaller resorts such as Chania, Paxos, and Zakynthos, the property owner or the local agent is your sole contact. Whether it is your first trip with us, or one of many, we will do everything to ensure your holiday is right for you and provide that ‘magical escape’ and not a holiday best forgotten. |
